How do I care for my sling(s)?
It is recommened that keep your newborn in a diaper when photographing to avoid soiling your sling. If you prefer no diaper and your sling does get soiled, you may wash your sling on the delicate cycle and tumble dry low. Please be advised the edges are left without a hem for a raw and natural look. Washing will cause ends to fray. You may cut any excess string after washing.
How long before my sling ships?
I ship all slings via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. I ship Monday through Friday only. You can expect your sling to ship out within seven to ten business days after purchase.
I ship to the address provided on your paypal account, so please be sure it is up-to-date. USPS does not provide tracking services for international orders, so it is recommended that you request insurance on your package. International orders generally take ten to fourteen business days to receive once shipped (sometimes longer). Standard Domestic shipping does NOT include insurance. If a packaged is lot or stolen and insurance has not been requested please be aware the United States Post Office will accept a claim without proof of insurance. Keri Meyers Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Can I upgrade shipping?
Yes, if you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail, please send me a message via the "Contact" page to request expedited shipping and get a quote.
Can I request a color or fabric not shown in your store for my sling?
You are welcome to contact me via the contact page requesting a custom order. If I am able to locate the fabric and color you are requesting, I am happy to work on a custom order for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
This store gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Your confidential credit card information is never seen by me or any other parties affiliated with Big Cartel™. Only PayPal has access to that information in order to process your payment.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Can I return or exchange my item?
Due to the nature of my products I do not give refunds. If there is an issue with your product I will work with you to resolve any issues.
